Work Experience:
     As President and Owner of AquaGuard Basement Systems, Tom has strived to raise his customers expectations of residential contractors by developing and running his business with his slogan "A Service Company with Integrity, A Contractor who Cares" as his guide.

     With over 20 years in residential home services, Tom has an extensive understanding of the residential basement waterproofing industry and foundation repair. He brings a focused and intelligent approach to each job and is a true waterproofing and foundation repair expert. Tom achieved his certifications from premiere organizations including The National Association of Waterproofing & Structural Repair Contractors, The Basement Systems International Waterproofing Contractors Network, and GripTite Foundation Repair Systems.

     In the last fifteen years, Tom has built the AquaGuard team into one of the most highly respected & award winning basement waterproofing and foundation repair companies in the Southeastern United States. This includes 8 consecutive Atlanta Consumer Choice awards and 9 Atlanta's Home Reports Top Pick awards for waterproofing and foundation repair. AquaGuard is also the only residential waterproofing company in Georgia to be licensed by The Georgia Real Estate Commission to offer Continuing Education Credit Hours for Real Estate Brokers & Agents, as well as Real Estate Appraisers and Inspectors. Tom is highly regarded as an industry expert and regularly teaches and speaks to several of the home inspectors organizations including NAHI, ASHI, and most recently at the GAHI Fall Conference as their key note speaker in St. Simons.

     Tom enjoys meeting with homeowners and helping them solve their basement & crawl space water problems, as well as foundation repair problems, enabling them to get the most value and enjoyment out of their homes.

In his free time, Tom enjoys playing golf and men's senior baseball.
