Work Experience:
      Del began working with Aqua Guard in March of 1996. He started out in our New Construction Department, and then was promoted to foreman installing waterproofing systems. Over the years, Del moved up through the ranks of management learning every facet of the business. This background has given Del a wealth of knowledge in our industry. 

      Having worked in the concrete repair industry since 1985, he pioneered the use of commercial crack repair methods in the residential market that were much less intrusive than other types of repairs being offered, and at a much lower cost to the homeowner.

      As one of the largest structural foundation repair companies in North Georgia, we also work closely with architects & engineers to bring homeowners cutting edge solutions to address a wide range of complex foundation repair issues. With our wide variety of products and extensive hands-on experience in installing them, we ensure our customers get the best solution for their foundation repair needs.

      Currently, as Training Manager, he manages our Training Department.  Del is in constant communications with our crews and helps our customers personally with the services that Aqua Guard provides.  Del is always striving to make Aqua Guard the Leader in crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing and foundation repair.
