Work Experience:                                                                                                               With a strong engineering and technical background, Rick has an aptitude for solving even the most complex foundation & waterproofing problems. He brings a focus and an analytical approach, along with a high degree of professional competency to each and every job.
 

     AquaGuard saw what an asset Rick would be to the company and brought him on board. After extensive training, Rick began as a sales representative and was quickly promoted to System Design Specialist. He then earned the highly esteemed title of "Certified Waterproofing Professional" through the Basement Systems International Network. Rick has personally consulted with hundreds of home owners, designing effective solutions for every one of them. He is a trusted and valued member of the AquaGuard Basement Systems team and upholds the standards of the company.  Rick was promoted to Sales Manager in January of 2010.

     Rick enjoys meeting with home owners and helping them solve their water and foundation problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. In his free time, when it's not the time of the year to build a habitat home you can usually find him working on a home improvement project, or tinkering with a computer.
