You have some
floor cracks that are leaking. This happens because water from the
outside is getting under the floor. This can happen in a number of
other ways as well, and when soil under the floor becomes
saturated, it then leaks in through the floor cracks.
The water could also follow a sewer or water pipe under the floor. This is something that needs to be fixed.
