Oscar, of Canton, GA, had cracks in the walls of his basement that water was leaking through. The way to fix this was to seal any leaks in the waterline pipe that ran next to the wall and then to patch up whatever cracks were in the wall. Oscar turned to Aqua Guard to help him repair his walls.
Aqua Guard installed a waterline pipe penetration system to block and redirect water that was leaking out of the pipes. Then an injection was made in the cracks on the wall so that the water couldn’t leak through the walls. The project took only one day to complete. Oscar can sleep well knowing he doesn’t have leaky pipes.
Tony, of Canton, GA, was in dismay when he discovered that the concrete around his pool was sinking. Often sinking concrete structures are a result of the soil underneath not being able to support the concrete. When searching for a solution, he tried Aqua Guard.
A total of one hundred PolyLEVEL injections were put in place under the concrete pool floor. PolyLEVEL is a solution that is injected under sinking concrete slabs to raise it up and it is more cost effective than the traditional method of removing the entire slab. The project took only one day and then Tony could get back to enjoying his pool.
Robert, of Canton, GA, had some water leakage in his crawlspace which was compromising the structural integrity of his house. So, after considering his options, he choose Aqua Guard.
A team came in and pumped the water out of the crawlspace. They then installed an EZ Flow pipe and a downspout extension to take the water from the crawlspace out and away from the house. After some landscape cleanup outside, all that was left to do was to insulate the crawlspace using CleanSpace on the walls. The CleanSpace insulation prevents moisture, mold, and bugs from getting into the crawlspace and it also covers the foundation, to make sure that there is a continuous air flow.
This project only took a day to install and now Robert has a crawlspace that is accessible and safe to get into if necessary.
Tom, of Canton, GA, had water that was just sitting in his basement and causing water damage to the walls. The water needed to be pumped out and led out of the house another way. He called Aqua Guard to help him resolve his problem.
Aqua Guard installed a pump to get the water out of the area and used a TripleSafe sump pump to keep the water out. A WaterGuard XL and a feed line to the pump ensured that the water was directed on the correct path out of the house and away from the foundation of the house so that it would not cause to damage to the foundation. Finally, they patched the sidewalk and put CleanSpace on the walls to make sure that no other leaking could come from the walls.
The project took four days in all to complete. The devices installed in Tom’s home will ensure that he does not have to worry about water damage to his belongings or his house.
Jack, of Canton, GA, had some trouble with his garage floor. It was sinking due to poor soil underneath it that could no longer support the heavy concrete slab. Jack contacted Aqua Guard and they gave him a solution to his problem.
Aqua Guard came in and installed nine push piers under the floor of Jack’s garage. The push piers help distribute the weight of the concrete and they correct foundational problems that are caused by poor soil. The job took four days in its entirety, but now Jack’s garage is structurally sound and he can feel safer about leaving things in it.
