Here is an example of WaterGuard actually being installed. You can see that it is placed against the wall to ensure that all of the water is captured quickly in order for it not to flood your basement floor.
This home's waterproofing job required a feeder line to help drain the water out of the basement. Although feeder lines are not common for all waterproofing jobs, AquaGuard has the proper equipment to ensure that they are installed correctly.
The most obvious transformation of this crawlspace is the removal of its debris and insulation. Insulation is not useful to any crawlspace. The first problem AquaGuard addresses in ANY crawlspace is the debris and insulation cluttering the space. Both of these are removed before AquaGuard begins any of the more serious work that needs to be done in the Crawlspace.
The CleanSpace vapor barrier, by isolating the crawl space and rest of the house from the damp dirt floor, is the most appropriate type of insulation needed for a crawl space. Typical insulation batts installed in the ceiling only attract mold and get damp from the moisture. Eventually, these batts don't insulate at all and will start falling onto the dirt floor.

Leslie, of Fayetteville, GA, had water damage in her basement. She needed her basement pumped of the water that was there and then the walls needed to be replaced because they had been destroyed by the water damage. She found Aqua Guard and gave them a call.
The first step that was taken was to demolish the damaged drywall and dispose of it. Then a WaterGuard XL and the TripleSafe sump pump were installed to pump out the water. It was given it a direct drainage path to follow out of the house and away from the building using an IceGuard system and a pump. Finally, a BrightWall was installed where old drywall used to be so that water damage wound’t be a problem again.
The entirety of the project took four days. The devices that AquaGuard installed will keep Leslie’s basement dry and water damage-free for years to come.
Tyson and Woodrow, of Fayetteville, GA, had cracks in the wall of their basement. Cracks are often caused by unevenness in the concrete and they can cause water leakage and damage. As well, they can become safety hazards if it gets out of hand. They contacted AquaGuard to find a solution.
AquaGuard installed five-year crack injections so that the walls would not be a safety hazard or become susceptible to leaking and water damage. The injection only one day to install.
Donald, of Fayetteville, GA, had a wet crawlspace that he feared would grow moldy. The space needed to be stabilized and then pumped of any water. He found Aqua Guard, who had a solution for him.
A drain matting was put in place in the crawlspace and the vents were sealed properly. Any water that was in the crawlspace was pumped out using a Super Sump and the IceGuard system which makes sure that the water pumped out does not freeze in the winter and cause clogging. A Sanidry CX was then installed to keep the area in the crawlspace dry and an EZ Flow pipe made sure that the water was directed away from the house with minimal clogging. Finally, wrap columns and piers where installed to keep the crawlspace stable and foundationally sound.
The project took a total of four days to complete. Thanks to the systems installed, Donald’s crawlspace with be dry and safe for years to come.
Cheryl and Robert, of Fayetteville, GA, had a basement floor that was sinking into the soil underneath it. After the years that the floor had been there, the soil could no longer hold up the concrete of the floor and was thus sinking. After researching, they called AquaGuard for fix their problem.
Aqua Guard installed slab piers to and helical piers under the concrete floor to help distribute the weight of the floor, since it could no longer be held up by the soil alone. Then they injected PolyLEVEL under the floor to provide a firmer and more permanent solution to any tilting or sinking that might occur in the floor.
The project took a total of four days to install. Cheryl and Robert are relieved to know that they no longer had to be concerned about the safety and stability of their basement floor.
Lori, of Fayetteville, GA, knew she needed help when she saw how offset the foundation of her business was. The cement that was supposed to be connected of the corner of one of the walls was very offset which left a large space between the wall and the bottom cement. This, which led to cracking in the stairs of her entryway, led her to call AquaGuard.
Two helical piers were installed by AquaGuard to stabilize her porch and level it out. They were efficient and were in and out in a day. Lori’s porch can now add to her business and give it fundamental stability
