We had a great experience with Kornbread, Oscar, and Zeke for our basement waterproofing. Kornbread was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done neatly and professionally, and they made sure to clean up everything afterward. Even the next day, when we had a couple of follow-up questions,. Kornbread was responsive and helpful. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

Answered all of our questions ( we had a bunch ), and never once got irritated with us. I would recommend AquaGuard for all of your basement, crawl spaces, or gutter ( which we'll be getting ) services. If I could give more than a 5 star I would.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks
