Thought AquaGuard’s field inspector WILLIAM HUTCHINS was great, went way beyond typical effort to make sure I understood what was happening under my house, with the foundation. Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. Was polite and flexible to my budget and made several options available to get me on the way to a safer, more stabilized, healthy house. Recommend him. Cool guy.

Critters snakes gecko’s we’re getting into the basement from under the slab that was lifted…George is a master technician who quickly assessed the issue and filled the voids under the slab …he was quick efficient and a master in his trade. Thanks George for warranty work that was fixed!!

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

We had a big job to be done. Tim M, Davon, and Tim A did a great job on the anchors and piers. Audiel, Adrian, and Philip did a great job waterproofing, and Chris Risley and Colin Jansen did an excellent job on our polyfill. All three teams were professional, detail-oriented/thoughtful, and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left for the day.

My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

Michael Dever let me know his ETA and did a thorough job with my crawlspace and with providing maintenance for my dehumidifier.Price was transparent and reasonable.Customer service was amazing.The work done gave me peace of mind. We had Mike Hankins come out today to do our 2 months check on our Sept foundation install. We knew we might need an added beam and Mike helped us get this scheduled. Mike was very professional and very courteous. We gor things checked out and scheduled in no time at all. He was straight forward and easy to understand. Excellent experience Mike!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!
