Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

Tim and Davon, the AquaGuard team, were knowledgeable about the project and explained the procedures that would be completed. They worked effectively until finished. Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.
