This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

Thought AquaGuard’s field inspector WILLIAM HUTCHINS was great, went way beyond typical effort to make sure I understood what was happening under my house, with the foundation. Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. Was polite and flexible to my budget and made several options available to get me on the way to a safer, more stabilized, healthy house. Recommend him. Cool guy.

Michael Dever let me know his ETA and did a thorough job with my crawlspace and with providing maintenance for my dehumidifier.Price was transparent and reasonable.Customer service was amazing.The work done gave me peace of mind. We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

Tim and Davon, the AquaGuard team, were knowledgeable about the project and explained the procedures that would be completed. They worked effectively until finished. Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. They’re good folks to do business with and you will be happy with the results.
