Very professional company, from the sales person Adrian, who reassured me and took the time to answer all of my question, to the team, Trustan, Tim, and Mark, who on the day of the repair to the foundation, explained everything they were doing as they were driving down the piers to secure the foundation. Great communication from begining to the end. Thank you!!!!

I used AquaGuard for my home concrete project. I had the best Technicians ever, Jeremy Wesley and Lynch Dunn. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.

Brian and Daniel came to lift concrete at the house. They both were very customer oriented and professional. In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Also in the beginning with Tyler, he did a great job coordinating the project with the company! All in all, great service from Aqua Guard!

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

Today AquaGuard technician Michael VanHorn did the annual maintenance on my encapsulation(done in 2020)and dehumidifier. Michael was on time, professional & very knowledgeable.. He answered all of my many questions and sat down with me to explain his findings. Michael was great and I hope he will be my assigned tech going forward. Each experience I’ve had with AquaGuard has exceeded my expectations. AquaGuard did a crawl space encapsulation this week for my 60 year old home and I already notice a big difference in my living space. The AquaGuard installation technicians Kevin & Eric spent two days installing it. Both Kevin & Eric were courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They stopped to answer my many questions and explain everything they were doing. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done!

Brian McMaster genuinely cared about doing the job right. He worked diligently to reinstall a loose stone, adjusted the walkway by both injecting poly and grinding edges to reduce any trip hazard. He filled in gaps between sections of the walk and steps. A true gentleman. Aquaguard is fortunate to have such a thorough and professional employee. Thank you Brian.

Chris Best was the Technician that came out for my annual maintenance check up. He was very thorough and flushed out my sump pump. He also gave me a quote from my cracking driveway and offered to check the rest of the house. I think I'm good to go! Thank you Chris you were very helpful!
