The experience from start to finish went smoothly. First, meeting with Jonathon on site was great. He mapped out the project precisely, thorough and to my expectations! Made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. Scheduling the project was very easy and was completed on schedule. Shawn and Chris, the technicians, were unbelievable! This was not an easy job! They took their time figuring out the right way to tackle this challenging project! They busted their butts to make it right for me! After the completion, Shawn made sure I was happy with the job he did! I highly recommend AquaGuard for any type of water damaging project, they will solve it!

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

Lo, it came to pass that the floor surrounding our kitchen island did bounce beneath our feet, as though our dwelling had been constructed atop springs both whimsical and unwise. This state of affairs brought neither joy nor confidence, for our home is yet but a youth. Enter Sir Michael Dever of Aquaguard by Groundworks.
