I had three jobs done today; jobs 1 & 2 crawlspace encapsulation &, settlestop on LRoom floor done by Kevin, Curtis & Jamal. Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! Very pleasant, polite & easy to work with. Would rate them above 10!

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He included me in every step of the inspection process and was very thorough in explaining the process and his results. I was relieved to discover there were no issues with my foundation, but he did discover an issue with my back porch slab that other companies I’d used didn’t find. We came up with an affordable solution for that issue. Thank you Matt!!

Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. My experience with AquaGuard was outstanding. On the first day, I was a bit concerned to find out that the mapping of our crawl space was inaccurate causing the job to require extra work. I need not have been. While the work took 5 days rather than 1 to complete, I can't say enough good things about the men who completed the work, and especially Sammy, who managed the project. After having 3 different crews here, I can state with confidence that their people are all professional and easy to work with. Joseph P., Josiah, Sammy, Jacob, Cole, Kornbread, and JW, thank you for all your hard work!

Wow! I can’t thank you guys enough for the awesome job Daniel morales and Brayan Lima did fixing my sidewalk. My Home is 25 years old and while it was not cracked, the sidewalk was sunk down nearly 2 inches. Allowing Water to run back under the concrete into my basement. In about an hour’s time that is no longer a problem! Special thanks to Marcus Brown my sales rep!

The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Thank you and would definitely do business again and recommend them!

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.
