Start to finish great experience. From Shawn coming out to view the issue recommending and pricing the solution to Carlos, Julian and Clay who did a fantastic job installing drain, pier and matting. And not to forget Dave who did the electrical work. We’re in north Georgia mountains over 2 hours from Atlanta was so glad AquaGuard travels this far.

Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. Extremely pleased and confident the the job was done perfectly. Thanks Guys

Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

Brian McMaster genuinely cared about doing the job right. He worked diligently to reinstall a loose stone, adjusted the walkway by both injecting poly and grinding edges to reduce any trip hazard. I must say from inspection to completion, my experience with Aqua Guard has been superb! Darrius, who came out and inspected my house prior to foundation repair, was absolutely professional and engaging in every way. He made sure I knew at each step what was going on and allowed me to ask questions and on top of it all a very kind man. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, the three men who came out to do the actual foundation work and repair were absolutely phenomenal. Austin, Joe, and Nick were patient, kind, funny, and respectful. If I ever have to have anything done to my house again, I will be requesting the three of them to do the work as they were clearly enjoying their work and easy to talk to, despite our many interruptions that ranged from me, my dad, who wanted to supervise, and the dog who wanted to play. Darrius even came back and was available to make sure I was comfortable with all the moving parts and just to check in. I’m satisfied with the work and the customer service made it fabulous. For anyone who needs Aqua Guard services, you will not be disappointed!🥰

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work.
