We had a great experience with AquaGuard. Ed came out to evaluate and he made some good suggestions to deal with water regularly coming into the basement. Our install crew was awesome. On time, efficient, professional. I’d name them personally if I remembered their names! I hope I never have to deal with this sort of water and foundation issue again. But if I do I’ll probably call AquaGuard.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

I had a wonderful experience with Aqua Guard here in Roswell, GA. The technician, Mike Johnson, was communicative, on-time, friendly, and extremely honest and transparent. He conducted a 30-45 minute assessment, identified the problem and found us an affordable fix without being in anyway invasive to the property. The knowledge and honesty of Mike was so refreshing and rare to find in projects/contractors like this we Homeowners deal with. I highly recommend and will be referring to anyone with a similar problem or concrete leveling.

This state of affairs brought neither joy nor confidence, for our home is yet but a youth. Enter Sir Michael Dever of Aquaguard by Groundworks. Sir Michael was most thorough in his inspection and did plainly reveal the cause of our floor’s peculiar conduct. He set forth several remedies with the judgment of a structural sommelier, the quiet wisdom of a home alchemist, and the steady wit of one long accustomed to translating the strange complaints of houses. There was no pressure, no fear conjured. Only clear expectations, sound counsel, and a price both fair and reasonable. So assured were we by his manner that we did secure a five-year service plan, that he may return yearly to confirm our kitchen floor remains firm, faithful, and unenchanted.
