Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

Marquise and Jonathan did a great job installing the sub pump in the basement area. Both are knowledgeable and answers any questions i have. They also explained the work they are doing to make sure i understood. I highly recommend this team as they work very well together! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!
