From the first appointment to do an estimate through the completion of the project AquaGuard arrived at the scheduled time. Raymond and Brian did the actual leveling and were fantastic. Taylor Smith came out today to inspect my system. He was early after calling to verify it was ok. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He gave me advice about my system and air quality. He left me with a quote for a system to purify and dehumidify the air downstairs. I will probably do that but there was no pressure to do it immediately. All in all, Taylor was awesome. Thank you!

Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues.
