Watch out for the One-Two Punch of Sammy & Tristen, who did a stellar job repairing our stubborn, old leaky basement with a new pump and pipes. My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

Thanks, Dyllen and Steven, Acquguard, thank you for sending out two very professional representatives. They informed me by text that they were inroute and arrived on time. Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. They suggested doing encapsulation under the house in the near future, if I was interested. I am highly satisfied. I will call again. Thanks Acquaguard, Jeanette

Zyan Avant with AquaGuard deserves major recognition. He came out to our house and completed a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our sump pump, found a leaking pipe, and showed us photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. What really stood out is that Zyan followed through. He was the third person who had come out to our home, and we had previously raised an issue with a water outlet that AquaGuard had originally installed in the wrong location. We had been told before that it would be addressed, but nothing happened. Zyan listened, took the concern seriously, and actually kept his promise. He also made us aware of a leaking pipe so we could get a plumber out to fix it before the problem continued getting worse. It was clear that someone had previously noticed the leak because there was already a bucket catching the water, but nothing had been communicated to us. Zyan not only pointed it out and showed us what was going on, but he also emptied the bucket to buy us some time until we could get a plumber out. Even more impressive, he personally came back out the following weekend to reconfigure the outlet so the water would no longer drain toward our neighbor’s driveway. He placed it in the location we had originally been told it would go. You just don’t get service very often anymore where someone treats your home like it’s their own, but that is exactly how it felt with Zyan. This experience truly salvaged our confidence as AquaGuard customers. Zyan was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
