My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

Raymond & Gavin came out today to stabilize my concrete porch. Raymond explained the process, showed us the drill bit size and answered all our questions. He and Gavin went straight to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. Raymond worked on filling the holes while Gavin meticulously sealed the crack. After clean up they gave us care instructions and asked if we had any additional questions. Very courteous and polite. Job well done.

I had a great experience with Adrian Haynes. He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation expertise!

I recently had Ishmael from Aquaguard come out to inspect my concrete, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. While I haven't yet had the work done, based on Ishmael's expertise and the clear communication, I have complete confidence in Aquaguard and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair or waterproofing services. Five stars for Ishmael and Aquaguard!
