Very pleased with Aquaguard Foundation solutions. Hunter is the rep who came on site to evaluate a sinkhole under a concrete slab. He was very polite, knowledgable as to the situation and the needed solution. He explained the repair and explained the company's warranty with clarity. We had a great experience with AquaGuard. Ed came out to evaluate and he made some good suggestions to deal with water regularly coming into the basement. Our install crew was awesome. On time, efficient, professional. I’d name them personally if I remembered their names! I hope I never have to deal with this sort of water and foundation issue again. But if I do I’ll probably call AquaGuard.

Kurt, Samarte, and Chris D did an excellent job, very professional. They kept us informed of everything that they were doing. Answered all of our questions ( we had a bunch ), and never once got irritated with us. I would recommend AquaGuard for all of your basement, crawl spaces, or gutter ( which we'll be getting ) services. If I could give more than a 5 star I would.

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

The experience from start to finish went smoothly. First, meeting with Jonathon on site was great. He mapped out the project precisely, thorough and to my expectations! Made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. Scheduling the project was very easy and was completed on schedule. Shawn and Chris, the technicians, were unbelievable! This was not an easy job! They took their time figuring out the right way to tackle this challenging project! They busted their butts to make it right for me! After the completion, Shawn made sure I was happy with the job he did! I highly recommend AquaGuard for any type of water damaging project, they will solve it!
