I have been completely satisfied with AquaGuard. Chris and Shaun, the technicians that came out to work were polite, professional and proficient. As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. I also have to give a shout out to Melanie who works in the Marietta office and put up with me while trying to schedule this job. And the 5 year warranty!!!

The experience with AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was outstanding from beginning to end! Bill came out and gave us an estimate and was extremely patient during the financing approval process! Bill notified me and kept me updated with the appointment date throughout the process. The Foreman Tim was highly professional and called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with his colleague Damion. We are very pleased with the result!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

Aquaguard, specifically Matt (sales), PJ, and Alan (or Allen, not sure his spelling) from the installation team have been A+ FANTASTIC. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations. From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home…and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys. Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family. I can't say enough about these 3.
