4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with team work and integrity!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work.
