Tim and Davon, the AquaGuard team, were knowledgeable about the project and explained the procedures that would be completed. They worked effectively until finished. Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.

We had a great experience with Aqua Guard Foundation Solutions, especially with our service technician Zyan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and personable, and Zyan definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Aqua Guard and ask for Zyan if you can!

Ben and Jerry (Jerrad) did a great job of servicing my dehumidifier air system unit. They explained the cleaning process, adjusted the settings and completed the process. An inspection of each wall of the foundation led to the suggestion of a wall gutter/ sump pump system. I am informed and know how to proceed. Excellent service and educational information.

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

Mark C. was so helpful during today’s visit!! He took his time and answered my millions of questions patiently and informatively. He made suggestions on what work might need to be done in the future without ever making me feel oversold. He was at my house for over an hour, could tell I was anxious and wanted to make sure I understood everything, and made sure that when he left, I felt comfortable with next steps on how to best address any of my foundation concerns.

Brian and Daniel came to lift concrete at the house. They both were very customer oriented and professional. In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Also in the beginning with Tyler, he did a great job coordinating the project with the company! All in all, great service from Aqua Guard!

Had such a positive experience with Kornbred, JW, and Wheeler. Such a great crew. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism. Their attention to detail. The way they had such respect for my house and property was incredible! They made a perfect dust barrier in my basement to prevent my personal items from getting all dusty from the jackhammering and such. Highly recommend this crew, and the company, they represented AquaGuard well.

Great experience! Mike Morgan, Certified Field Inspector, was so knowledgeable. He knew how to remedy the wet area in our crawl space. The AquaGuard installers, Shaquan, Trey, and Trey could not have been nicer and were very professional. They worked tirelessly. The finished product is not only beautiful but works great. Our crawl space now has a drainage system, with a pump and dehumidifier. The crawl space is encapsulated. We highly recommend AquaGuard. Thank you Mike, Shaquan, Trey and Trey!
