We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.

Adrian came to my house, and in the process of inspecting he found 2 places where soil had come to rest beside the house. He asked that I get him a shovel, and then he proceeded to fix the issues. This is a guy who goes above and beyond, earning trust and doing way more than the minimum.

The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Thank you and would definitely do business again and recommend them!

Taylor Smith came out today to inspect my system. He was early after calling to verify it was ok. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He gave me advice about my system and air quality. He left me with a quote for a system to purify and dehumidify the air downstairs. I will probably do that but there was no pressure to do it immediately. All in all, Taylor was awesome. Thank you!

Super professional and friendly and offered me a variety of ways in which I should think about proactively monitoring this system, including ways to mitigate associated costs by doing some of it on my own. We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

I had three jobs done today; jobs 1 & 2 crawlspace encapsulation &, settlestop on LRoom floor done by Kevin, Curtis & Jamal. Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! Very pleasant, polite & easy to work with. Would rate them above 10!
