I recently had Ishmael from Aquaguard come out to inspect my concrete, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. While I haven't yet had the work done, based on Ishmael's expertise and the clear communication, I have complete confidence in Aquaguard and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair or waterproofing services. Five stars for Ishmael and Aquaguard!

Great experience with Adam! He was extremely thorough in making sure I was in touch with the someone that could help me and followed up to confirm he made contact with me. I needed a new concrete driveway, which is not in the realm of Aquaguard's business/job responsibilities, but he didn't brush me off, Adam left me with a someone he trusted for me to contact and still spent time with me as if I was still an important customer. I felt valuable and I very much appreciated his time and professional effort he extended. Well done!

Had such a positive experience with Kornbred, JW, and Wheeler. Such a great crew. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism. Their attention to detail. The way they had such respect for my house and property was incredible! They made a perfect dust barrier in my basement to prevent my personal items from getting all dusty from the jackhammering and such. We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We are definitely coming back to AquaGuard to fix what we need when we get to that part of the project. Thank you.
