We had Amanda Bradburn come out to our house for a foundation issue and she was the absolute best about it. Not only on time and very professional but straight to the point which I appreciated. She is a straight shooter who will get you moving in the right direction. She went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of, not just the portion she had to do for her job. This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks

Aqua Guard came out to my house on March 24 to inspect and adjust the jacks under the crawl space. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. Thanks again and will recommend the transfer of warranty to the new owners.

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!
