March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

I want to recognize Kornbred and JW from AquaGuard for the outstanding job they did encapsulating the crawl space in my retirement home. These two worked tirelessly over several days, often under difficult conditions, and never complained. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. They took pride in their work, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done the right way. It’s not often you come across people who are as dedicated and dependable as Kornbred and JW. They turned a challenging project into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate their commitment to quality. AquaGuard is fortunate to have employees like them representing the company. 4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

Darrius was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He was organized, thoughtful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He called prior to arriving so we knew when he'd get there, he was so kind and personable, and took the time to educate us on the crawl space & our best next steps to correct the issues at hand.
