After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

Aquaguard team of Shaun&Chris performed a “Concrete Lifting & Leveling” service on my backyard patio. The service stabilized the patio and eliminated numerous tripping hazards. The team was on time with appointments, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the estimator Jordan DeWard is a 10 star team player. Super nice person. I would rate this team and individuals with 5 or 10 stars whatever the highest score. Needless to say, AquaGuard has an AllStar team of individuals ready to serve you and take care of your concrete foundation and leveling needs with very competitive pricing terms and conditions.

Wow! I can’t thank you guys enough for the awesome job Daniel morales and Brayan Lima did fixing my sidewalk. My Home is 25 years old and while it was not cracked, the sidewalk was sunk down nearly 2 inches. Allowing Water to run back under the concrete into my basement. In about an hour’s time that is no longer a problem! Special thanks to Marcus Brown my sales rep!

My husband and I were pleased on the simple process that took place in regards to our diagnosis and the crew that serviced our home. Kornbred and Ansley were professional, pleasant and cared about the beginning to the end of the job they completed for us. Took it to the next level while explaining the product installed and a detailed list of everything done. We would recommend the company and crew to anyone from kornbred to Ansley to our customer representative, Jackson who initiated the job.

I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

AquaGuard North Atlanta came out to provide stabilization services for our home. From the estimate process with DeVon to the work performed by Jermane and Jamahl, it was 5 star service all around! The entire process was quick and easy. We were able to get on the schedule quickly and the work looks great! The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.

We had a great experience with AquaGuard. Ed came out to evaluate and he made some good suggestions to deal with water regularly coming into the basement. Our install crew was awesome. On time, efficient, professional. I’d name them personally if I remembered their names! I hope I never have to deal with this sort of water and foundation issue again. But if I do I’ll probably call AquaGuard.
