Mark C. was so helpful during today’s visit!! He took his time and answered my millions of questions patiently and informatively. He made suggestions on what work might need to be done in the future without ever making me feel oversold. He was at my house for over an hour, could tell I was anxious and wanted to make sure I understood everything, and made sure that when he left, I felt comfortable with next steps on how to best address any of my foundation concerns.

My experience with AquaGuard was outstanding. On the first day, I was a bit concerned to find out that the mapping of our crawl space was inaccurate causing the job to require extra work. I need not have been. While the work took 5 days rather than 1 to complete, I can't say enough good things about the men who completed the work, and especially Sammy, who managed the project. After having 3 different crews here, I can state with confidence that their people are all professional and easy to work with. I appreciate the thorough explanations that were supplied to assist me in making an informed decision. The scheduling to complete the work was expedited as soon as possible working around the extreme weather we just encountered. Raymond A. and Josiah M. did a phenomenal job. Groundwater was causing my driveway to crack and become uneven. They filled the void under the driveway with expanding sealant, lifted the uneven parts back up until everything was level and filled in the cracks. They were very professional and easy to work with. Implementation lead PJ with his team did a very awesome job at our basement and both of them were available to answer my questions any time after the job completed.
