Aaron, Chris and Jeremiah did an excellent job installing support piers at my house. They were polite, informative and cleaned the job site up before they left. The next day Shaun and Will did the poly renewal service on the driveway. They were polite and Shaun explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when they left. I give them a 5 star Google rating as well.

As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues.
