We had our service visit today for our dehumidifier in the basement. Joseph P & Tristan Baxter showed up on time, were very polite, were extremely knowledgeable about the work to be done, walked me through the process of work to be performed. Complete the job quickly & cleanly. They actually covered air vents & tarpped off the surrounding areas to prevent dust from going all over the basement. When the job was completed, they walked me through the functions of the equipment and showed me exactly where all the equipment was installed, both inside & outside the home. The icing on the cake, was their genuine concern that I was satisfied with the work done and made themselves available for any additional questions & concerns I may have. These 2 young men were an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.

AquaGuard technician, Michael Dever, performed our annual inspection this year and we were so pleased with his professionalism, his knowledge and his attention to detail in making sure everything is in order and working properly. Having our Crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard 14 years ago is the best improvement we have ever made to our home. Aqua Guard came out to my house on March 24 to inspect and adjust the jacks under the crawl space. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

I had a great experience with Adrian Haynes. He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation expertise!

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.

We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. Aquaguard — specifically, our inspector Mark Lyons — did a great job diagnosing the cause of our sagging floor. He explained the issue, checked and double-checked the measurements, and gave us a fair price on adding a steel beam with supports to solve the problem. He didn't oversell us on unneeded work; instead, he worked to help us solve the issue we had. The folks at the office filed all the paperwork for the necessary permits and made scheduling installation easy and painless. The installation crew — Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan — were polite, professional, and excellent at their work. They arrived on schedule and Jermane made sure we were all on the same page about the scope and timeline for the work before they began. They finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and were communicative and polite throughout the process. Spending money on this type of repair is never anyone's first choice, but if you have basement work that needs to be done, Aquaguard was wonderful to me and my family and I would recommend you include them on your list of people to get quotes from.

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!
