Tim and Davon, the AquaGuard team, were knowledgeable about the project and explained the procedures that would be completed. They worked effectively until finished. Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.

The experience from start to finish went smoothly. First, meeting with Jonathon on site was great. He mapped out the project precisely, thorough and to my expectations! Made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. Scheduling the project was very easy and was completed on schedule. Shawn and Chris, the technicians, were unbelievable! This was not an easy job! They took their time figuring out the right way to tackle this challenging project! They busted their butts to make it right for me! After the completion, Shawn made sure I was happy with the job he did! I highly recommend AquaGuard for any type of water damaging project, they will solve it!

I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues. We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. Adrian and AquaGuard absolutely impressed and they'll be first on the list to call the next time we need something.

Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. Both gentlemen were very courteous, professional, and transparent during the entire process, and I would not hesitate to hire these two individuals for any other work I'd have done at my house.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Aquaguard team of Shaun&Chris performed a “Concrete Lifting & Leveling” service on my backyard patio. The service stabilized the patio and eliminated numerous tripping hazards. The team was on time with appointments, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the estimator Jordan DeWard is a 10 star team player. Super nice person. I would rate this team and individuals with 5 or 10 stars whatever the highest score. Needless to say, AquaGuard has an AllStar team of individuals ready to serve you and take care of your concrete foundation and leveling needs with very competitive pricing terms and conditions.

My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.

I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

Jermaine and Jamal did a great job in the installation process and they were extremely professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. Aqua Guard came out to my house on March 24 to inspect and adjust the jacks under the crawl space. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.
