My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. Adrian and AquaGuard absolutely impressed and they'll be first on the list to call the next time we need something.

We completed our fifth project in +/-10 years with AquaGuard today. Kornbred, J.W., and Joe Estes – the basement waterproofing crew that helped us today were excellent. Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.

We had a great experience with AquaGuard. Ed came out to evaluate and he made some good suggestions to deal with water regularly coming into the basement. Our install crew was awesome. On time, efficient, professional. I’d name them personally if I remembered their names! I hope I never have to deal with this sort of water and foundation issue again. But if I do I’ll probably call AquaGuard.

We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. Raymond & Gavin came out today to stabilize my concrete porch. Raymond explained the process, showed us the drill bit size and answered all our questions. He and Gavin went straight to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. Raymond worked on filling the holes while Gavin meticulously sealed the crack. After clean up they gave us care instructions and asked if we had any additional questions. Very courteous and polite. Job well done.

The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Thank you and would definitely do business again and recommend them!

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

My experience with AquaGuard was outstanding. On the first day, I was a bit concerned to find out that the mapping of our crawl space was inaccurate causing the job to require extra work. I need not have been. While the work took 5 days rather than 1 to complete, I can't say enough good things about the men who completed the work, and especially Sammy, who managed the project. After having 3 different crews here, I can state with confidence that their people are all professional and easy to work with. Joseph P., Josiah, Sammy, Jacob, Cole, Kornbread, and JW, thank you for all your hard work!

Great experience with Adam! He was extremely thorough in making sure I was in touch with the someone that could help me and followed up to confirm he made contact with me. I needed a new concrete driveway, which is not in the realm of Aquaguard's business/job responsibilities, but he didn't brush me off, Adam left me with a someone he trusted for me to contact and still spent time with me as if I was still an important customer. I felt valuable and I very much appreciated his time and professional effort he extended. Well done!

Thanks, Dyllen and Steven, Acquguard, thank you for sending out two very professional representatives. They informed me by text that they were inroute and arrived on time. Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. They suggested doing encapsulation under the house in the near future, if I was interested. I am highly satisfied. I will call again. Thanks Acquaguard, Jeanette

We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We are definitely coming back to AquaGuard to fix what we need when we get to that part of the project. Thank you.

Bill notified me and kept me updated with the appointment date throughout the process. The Foreman Tim was highly professional and called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with his colleague Damion. We are very pleased with the result!

Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.

My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. The way they had such respect for my house and property was incredible! We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.
