Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan did an amazing job in all 3 of my crawlspaces! They were very professional and respectful of my home, answering any questions or concerns that I had. They made sure to route the outflow water pipe to a good spot on a downslope outside and even made me some nice crawlspace doors. I highly recommend Aquaguard and this crew to do your crawlspaces.

After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.

We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We initially went with a “cheaper” service and it was just that, cheap! AquaGuard came in and turned the encapsulation around into a working sealed crawl space. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. The whole process with AquaGuard was great & we’ve already recommended them to others! We would say, go to the experts first and let them do the job!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home…and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys. Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family. I can't say enough about these 3. AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

Aquaguard — specifically, our inspector Mark Lyons — did a great job diagnosing the cause of our sagging floor. He explained the issue, checked and double-checked the measurements, and gave us a fair price on adding a steel beam with supports to solve the problem. He didn't oversell us on unneeded work; instead, he worked to help us solve the issue we had. The folks at the office filed all the paperwork for the necessary permits and made scheduling installation easy and painless. The installation crew — Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan — were polite, professional, and excellent at their work. They arrived on schedule and Jermane made sure we were all on the same page about the scope and timeline for the work before they began. They finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and were communicative and polite throughout the process. Spending money on this type of repair is never anyone's first choice, but if you have basement work that needs to be done, Aquaguard was wonderful to me and my family and I would recommend you include them on your list of people to get quotes from.

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.

The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.
