I was very pleased to have the crew from Aquagard come to my home to solve a problem with my crawl space. They were very quick to figure it out. I worked with Andrew first and he was great. Very professional, smart and extremely conscientious. My crawl space was encapsulated by the best crew of Kurt, Joseph and Alex. All of them were so easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They explained everything I needed to know, and made it all very easy on me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aquagard again for any project.

Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. Both gentlemen were very courteous, professional, and transparent during the entire process, and I would not hesitate to hire these two individuals for any other work I'd have done at my house.

Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

The AquaGuard installers, Shaquan, Trey, and Trey could not have been nicer and were very professional. They worked tirelessly. The finished product is not only beautiful but works great. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

*AQUAGUARD'S WORK IS SOLID* The opportunity to improve is on the administrative side. First and foremost, the crews that did the actual work were awesome and FIVE STAR. I had one crew led by Marcus replace my gutters in mid October. Raymond & Brian lifted and stabilized my garage and driveway a week later. They were all professional and did pre/post walk throughs and checked in periodically to let me know what was going on. Their work was excellent. The leads on both crews answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask) and helped me work out some kinks in the whole process. Some examples of admin issues: – I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed contract (because it was all electronic) and didn't get one until Marcus, the lead on the gutter crew, was kind enough to send me a copy as soon as I asked him. – When the contract was set up, they had the wrong contact information on it. I had to send multiple texts to get at least the contact info correct in the system and I'm still not 100% sure it is correct. – The gutter crew didn't have access to give me credit for materials that didn't get used. The supervisor, Josh, was very helpful in getting that addressed and the paperwork pushed through when I spoke with him. – Something happened when the first crew completed their job that closed out the GreenSky account that was intended to pay for all the projects. Raymond helped me get that all sorted out so I could take full advantage of the 2-yr interest-free Greensky loan instead of having to use other means to pay. – There was a misunderstanding on what work was contracted for on the driveway. I thought that the code on the contract meant stabilize and lift but it didn't. The video I was shown had them also fixing the cracks after the lift which lead me to believe that was included as well. It was not explained that that the lift and crack fix would be separate charges. When Raymond showed up, we talked it through and he went the extra mile and did what he could to get the best result without costing me more money. I have a driveway that I'm happy with. I encourage others to use them. The biggest warning is to make sure you fully understand what each of the line items on the contract mean before you sign.

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. DEFINITELY a great team that works well together and works well with the customer. I highly recommend this company and this team for any water/foundation/exterior repairs you may have.

Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.

My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣.
