Tim and Davon, the AquaGuard team, were knowledgeable about the project and explained the procedures that would be completed. They worked effectively until finished. Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.

I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

Guys came and did an amazing job. From the very beginning, contacting to set an appointment all the way through to the finish line, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Clark talked me through the whole process before we started. Foreman Craig and Jeremy were so friendly, offered so much insight on the subject and plenty of reassurance about the work. They truly went above and beyond. They dusted off my car and the neighbors. Extremely clean, efficient and fast. I would recommend to everyone

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

Joseph P & Tristan Baxter showed up on time, were very polite, were extremely knowledgeable about the work to be done, walked me through the process of work to be performed. Complete the job quickly & cleanly. They actually covered air vents & tarpped off the surrounding areas to prevent dust from going all over the basement. When the job was completed, they walked me through the functions of the equipment and showed me exactly where all the equipment was installed, both inside & outside the home. The icing on the cake, was their genuine concern that I was satisfied with the work done and made themselves available for any additional questions & concerns I may have. These 2 young men were an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.
