I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

Joseph P & Tristan Baxter showed up on time, were very polite, were extremely knowledgeable about the work to be done, walked me through the process of work to be performed. Complete the job quickly & cleanly. They actually covered air vents & tarpped off the surrounding areas to prevent dust from going all over the basement. When the job was completed, they walked me through the functions of the equipment and showed me exactly where all the equipment was installed, both inside & outside the home. The icing on the cake, was their genuine concern that I was satisfied with the work done and made themselves available for any additional questions & concerns I may have. These 2 young men were an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.

The team was on time with appointments, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the estimator Jordan DeWard is a 10 star team player. Super nice person. I would rate this team and individuals with 5 or 10 stars whatever the highest score. They also explained the work they are doing to make sure i understood. I highly recommend this team as they work very well together! It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!
