We had a great experience with Aqua Guard Foundation Solutions, especially with our service technician Zyan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and personable, and Zyan definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Aqua Guard and ask for Zyan if you can!

I had a wonderful experience with Aqua Guard here in Roswell, GA. The technician, Mike Johnson, was communicative, on-time, friendly, and extremely honest and transparent. He conducted a 30-45 minute assessment, identified the problem and found us an affordable fix without being in anyway invasive to the property. The knowledge and honesty of Mike was so refreshing and rare to find in projects/contractors like this we Homeowners deal with. I highly recommend and will be referring to anyone with a similar problem or concrete leveling.

I had a great experience with Adrian Haynes. He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation expertise!

Lo, it came to pass that the floor surrounding our kitchen island did bounce beneath our feet, as though our dwelling had been constructed atop springs both whimsical and unwise. This state of affairs brought neither joy nor confidence, for our home is yet but a youth. Enter Sir Michael Dever of Aquaguard by Groundworks. Sir Michael was most thorough in his inspection and did plainly reveal the cause of our floor’s peculiar conduct. He set forth several remedies with the judgment of a structural sommelier, the quiet wisdom of a home alchemist, and the steady wit of one long accustomed to translating the strange complaints of houses. There was no pressure, no fear conjured. Only clear expectations, sound counsel, and a price both fair and reasonable.
