I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before giving any recommendations. I appreciated that he explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. What stood out most was their transparency—there was no pressure to commit on the spot, and he broke down the costs so I could understand exactly what I’d be paying for. AquaGuard put a sump pump and drain in our basement. Everything with Andrew during the inspection and estimate; he made us feel great about the solution and at ease. Then Kornbred, Oscar, and Zeke did a great job with the install and cleanup. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Very excited to not have my basement flood anymore!

Aquaguard team of Shaun&Chris performed a “Concrete Lifting & Leveling” service on my backyard patio. The service stabilized the patio and eliminated numerous tripping hazards. The team was on time with appointments, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the estimator Jordan DeWard is a 10 star team player. Super nice person. I would rate this team and individuals with 5 or 10 stars whatever the highest score. Needless to say, AquaGuard has an AllStar team of individuals ready to serve you and take care of your concrete foundation and leveling needs with very competitive pricing terms and conditions.

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

He walked around the inside and outside of our property and did a thorough inspection, then sat down and went through every option with us. Communication was top notch. I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.
