Darrius was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He was organized, thoughtful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He called prior to arriving so we knew when he'd get there, he was so kind and personable, and took the time to educate us on the crawl space & our best next steps to correct the issues at hand. I cannot express enough, just how much we enjoyed having him as our inspector and now project manager!! Professionals like Darrius are far and few between. Get this man a raise! 🙂

I had a great experience working with Adrian. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines expertise with such a positive attitude, but Adrian truly does. I highly recommend his services and would definitely work with him again in the future.

We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.

I have been completely satisfied with AquaGuard. Chris and Shaun, the technicians that came out to work were polite, professional and proficient. As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. I also have to give a shout out to Melanie who works in the Marietta office and put up with me while trying to schedule this job. And the 5 year warranty!!!

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

Michael Freeman, the Service Technician, recently completed the annual service on the foundation work Aquaguard had performed. He contacted me on his way, arrived right on time, and completed the work efficiently. He is professional, as well as personable, and is an excellent representative for Aquaguard…so good that I requested he return next year when my service is due!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.
