This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

Mike K and Damian J from aquaguard came out and did a great job at our house. Lifted up the sagging floor and were very careful that everything was level and didn’t get out of whack after hacking it up since our house is 100 years old! Very happy with the encapsulation as well

Michael Dever was an excellent representative of AquaGuard and did a fantastic job. His service was beyond 5 stars. His communication was great and he explained how my crawl space worked. I didn’t have the best experience last time with AquaGuard, but he restored my trust in the company. Happy to see how the encapsulation system turns out.

I had carbon fiber strips installed in the basement. Kornbred and JW were on time and very nice. They took the time to explain everything before getting started. Once completed they explained how everything went and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated how clean they left my basement and all the areas they were working in. Professional

I had two different issues that Jordan and his teams were able to take care of for me. Carlos and Tim on a wall repair, and Tim and Colin on a slab lift, stabilization and crack fill. The work looks good and I am no longer concerned with either of these items being an issue in the future.

We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. Thank you, Darius!

Raymond and Gavin did a wonderful job stabilizing my driveway and garage to prevent future settling and cracking. They explained the process before they began. They filled all voids with polyrenewal, patch all drill holes, and cleaned up the job sight. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully my driveway and garage will still look good in 20 years.
