We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. They’re good folks to do business with and you will be happy with the results.

Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. Extremely pleased and confident the the job was done perfectly. Thanks Guys

Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

Kurt & Joseph did an excellent job on the installation of the drainage system, pump, dehumidifier and encapsulation. Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. Both gentlemen were very courteous, professional, and transparent during the entire process, and I would not hesitate to hire these two individuals for any other work I'd have done at my house.

I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues. After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!
