He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before giving any recommendations. I appreciated that he explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. What stood out most was their transparency—there was no pressure to commit on the spot, and he broke down the costs so I could understand exactly what I’d be paying for. We have been a long-time customer of AquaGuard utilizing their services at various homes around Atlanta. Today, Zyan Avant, came to do our annual inspection & also to discuss encapsulation of our crawl spaces. Out of all the folk who have come out to do our annual inspections, Zyan was the most thorough. Rather than trying to sell us more services, he really focused on doing a true annual maintenance (adjusting piers that Aqua Guard had installed years prior,) & only after that was completed, he then moved on to what was necessary for our home. My husband & I truly appreciate the time he took to explain exactly what they had done already & his great attitude was infectious. We will definitely request him next year.

After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world.
