If you have cracks in your concrete, foundation settling, or water coming into your basement, listen up! We highly recommend AquaGuard Foundation Solutions in Marietta! Ask for Jordan! Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. If you need foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or help with settling issues, definitely give AquaGuard a call. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!

Having our Crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard 14 years ago is the best improvement we have ever made to our home. I highly recommend Aqua Guard, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Greyson Williams, for his outstanding service. Aqua Guard is an excellent company because I never have to worry about scheduling my warranty maintenance—they contact me when it's time for service, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. My crawl space remains clean and dry, and during this visit they even changed the filter and cleaned the pump. Greyson was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected every square inch of my crawl space, including the very back, to make sure everything was in excellent condition. He took the time to answer every question I had and even checked on a few additional concerns that were important to me. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to making sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with Aqua Guard and the quality of service they provide. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and technicians who genuinely care, I highly recommend Aqua Guard—especially Greyson Williams!

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.
