AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

From the first appointment to do an estimate through the completion of the project AquaGuard arrived at the scheduled time. Raymond and Brian did the actual leveling and were fantastic. Ben and Jerry (Jerrad) did a great job of servicing my dehumidifier air system unit. They explained the cleaning process, adjusted the settings and completed the process. An inspection of each wall of the foundation led to the suggestion of a wall gutter/ sump pump system. I am informed and know how to proceed. Excellent service and educational information.

The team was on time with appointments, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the estimator Jordan DeWard is a 10 star team player. Super nice person. We initially went with a “cheaper” service and it was just that, cheap! AquaGuard came in and turned the encapsulation around into a working sealed crawl space. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. The whole process with AquaGuard was great & we’ve already recommended them to others! We would say, go to the experts first and let them do the job!
