On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.
