We recently had the pleasure of working with Aqua Guard, and we cannot say enough great things about JD and his crew, Jay T and Dominic. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The communication throughout the process was exceptional — JD kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew what to expect. When it came to the actual work, the team’s attention to detail and thoroughness were truly impressive. Nothing was overlooked, and the quality of their work spoke for itself. What really set them apart was their professionalism. JD, Jay T, and Dominic were respectful, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in what they do. We had an outstanding experience with Aquaguard. Our Sales Rep, Adrian, provided a recommendation with pictures included. The installers, Sammy and Cornbread, were extremely knowledgeable and the results were perfect. No more water in the crawl space, and no more sagging floors. I would recommend Aquaguard to anyone!

Thought AquaGuard’s field inspector WILLIAM HUTCHINS was great, went way beyond typical effort to make sure I understood what was happening under my house, with the foundation. Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. Was polite and flexible to my budget and made several options available to get me on the way to a safer, more stabilized, healthy house. Recommend him. Cool guy.

My experience with AquaGuard was outstanding. On the first day, I was a bit concerned to find out that the mapping of our crawl space was inaccurate causing the job to require extra work. I need not have been. While the work took 5 days rather than 1 to complete, I can't say enough good things about the men who completed the work, and especially Sammy, who managed the project. After having 3 different crews here, I can state with confidence that their people are all professional and easy to work with. Joseph P., Josiah, Sammy, Jacob, Cole, Kornbread, and JW, thank you for all your hard work!

I must say from inspection to completion, my experience with Aqua Guard has been superb! Darrius, who came out and inspected my house prior to foundation repair, was absolutely professional and engaging in every way. He made sure I knew at each step what was going on and allowed me to ask questions and on top of it all a very kind man. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, the three men who came out to do the actual foundation work and repair were absolutely phenomenal. Austin, Joe, and Nick were patient, kind, funny, and respectful. If I ever have to have anything done to my house again, I will be requesting the three of them to do the work as they were clearly enjoying their work and easy to talk to, despite our many interruptions that ranged from me, my dad, who wanted to supervise, and the dog who wanted to play. Darrius even came back and was available to make sure I was comfortable with all the moving parts and just to check in. I’m satisfied with the work and the customer service made it fabulous. For anyone who needs Aqua Guard services, you will not be disappointed!🥰

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!
