This crew was great. Jermane, Ezequiel, & Bryan arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained exactly what they were going to do. I really enjoyed working with them, they were both professional and friendly. They took great care to protect the areas from dust that were not in the work area. They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and explained how the pump worked and potential issues and follow- up procedures.

My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

I recently had AquaGuard address a moisture issue in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I’m incredibly satisfied with their work and highly recommend AquaGuard for anyone dealing with basement moisture problems!

I must say from inspection to completion, my experience with Aqua Guard has been superb! Darrius, who came out and inspected my house prior to foundation repair, was absolutely professional and engaging in every way. He made sure I knew at each step what was going on and allowed me to ask questions and on top of it all a very kind man. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, the three men who came out to do the actual foundation work and repair were absolutely phenomenal. Austin, Joe, and Nick were patient, kind, funny, and respectful. If I ever have to have anything done to my house again, I will be requesting the three of them to do the work as they were clearly enjoying their work and easy to talk to, despite our many interruptions that ranged from me, my dad, who wanted to supervise, and the dog who wanted to play. Darrius even came back and was available to make sure I was comfortable with all the moving parts and just to check in. I’m satisfied with the work and the customer service made it fabulous. For anyone who needs Aqua Guard services, you will not be disappointed!🥰

The next day Shaun and Will did the poly renewal service on the driveway. They were polite and Shaun explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when they left. I give them a 5 star Google rating as well.
