This crew was great. Jermane, Ezequiel, & Bryan arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained exactly what they were going to do. I really enjoyed working with them, they were both professional and friendly. They took great care to protect the areas from dust that were not in the work area. They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and explained how the pump worked and potential issues and follow- up procedures.

I just had Aquafina’s out to review a foundation leak issue. My technician Adrian Haynes spent almost two hours to identify the problem. After doing so, he told me the best solution was a service that Aquaguard didn’t provide, but he gave me a couple alternatives. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Even though they aren’t providing the solution, I would highly recommend you consider their services, and ask for Adrian Haynes.

In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We are definitely coming back to AquaGuard to fix what we need when we get to that part of the project. Thank you.
