⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.
