Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

I had three jobs done today; jobs 1 & 2 crawlspace encapsulation &, settlestop on LRoom floor done by Kevin, Curtis & Jamal. Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! Very pleasant, polite & easy to work with. Would rate them above 10!

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.
