AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. Since our beginning, we have strived for honesty, integrity, and quality in all of our services and products, as well as exceptional customer service.

Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.
