I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. The experience from start to finish went smoothly. First, meeting with Jonathon on site was great. He mapped out the project precisely, thorough and to my expectations! Made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. Scheduling the project was very easy and was completed on schedule. Shawn and Chris, the technicians, were unbelievable! This was not an easy job! They took their time figuring out the right way to tackle this challenging project! They busted their butts to make it right for me! After the completion, Shawn made sure I was happy with the job he did! I highly recommend AquaGuard for any type of water damaging project, they will solve it!
