The AquaGuard team installed their system connecting to a previously installed system which now runs the full perimeter of my basement. The team was extremely knowledgeable, polite and answered all of questions. They completed the job same day and were very neat and tidy. After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.

My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

I recently had AquaGuard address a moisture issue in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues.
