AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. They filled the void under the driveway with expanding sealant, lifted the uneven parts back up until everything was level and filled in the cracks. They were very professional and easy to work with. March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. I feel comfortable with the protection of my foundation and grounds as the big storms roll through. Thanks Nick!

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

Blake Whitener came on a Saturday to evaluate the situation in my basement to provide an estimate for services to contain the problem. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and caring. I appreciate the thorough explanations that were supplied to assist me in making an informed decision. The scheduling to complete the work was expedited as soon as possible working around the extreme weather we just encountered. Zyan Avant with AquaGuard deserves major recognition. He came out to our house and completed a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our sump pump, found a leaking pipe, and showed us photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. What really stood out is that Zyan followed through. He was the third person who had come out to our home, and we had previously raised an issue with a water outlet that AquaGuard had originally installed in the wrong location. We had been told before that it would be addressed, but nothing happened. Zyan listened, took the concern seriously, and actually kept his promise. He also made us aware of a leaking pipe so we could get a plumber out to fix it before the problem continued getting worse. It was clear that someone had previously noticed the leak because there was already a bucket catching the water, but nothing had been communicated to us. Zyan not only pointed it out and showed us what was going on, but he also emptied the bucket to buy us some time until we could get a plumber out. Even more impressive, he personally came back out the following weekend to reconfigure the outlet so the water would no longer drain toward our neighbor’s driveway. He placed it in the location we had originally been told it would go. You just don’t get service very often anymore where someone treats your home like it’s their own, but that is exactly how it felt with Zyan. This experience truly salvaged our confidence as AquaGuard customers. Zyan was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

Wow! The team that came out to encapsulate my crawl space was beyond wonderful! They were professional and so very nice! I was most happy that I went with Aquaguard. I had heard great things about them and they definitely exceeded all of my expectations. Should you even question this company, have them come out and you will quickly see that you can totally trust them to do the work they say they do!
