AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. Zyan Avant with AquaGuard deserves major recognition. He came out to our house and completed a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our sump pump, found a leaking pipe, and showed us photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. What really stood out is that Zyan followed through. He was the third person who had come out to our home, and we had previously raised an issue with a water outlet that AquaGuard had originally installed in the wrong location. We had been told before that it would be addressed, but nothing happened. Zyan listened, took the concern seriously, and actually kept his promise. He also made us aware of a leaking pipe so we could get a plumber out to fix it before the problem continued getting worse. It was clear that someone had previously noticed the leak because there was already a bucket catching the water, but nothing had been communicated to us. Zyan not only pointed it out and showed us what was going on, but he also emptied the bucket to buy us some time until we could get a plumber out. Even more impressive, he personally came back out the following weekend to reconfigure the outlet so the water would no longer drain toward our neighbor’s driveway. He placed it in the location we had originally been told it would go. You just don’t get service very often anymore where someone treats your home like it’s their own, but that is exactly how it felt with Zyan. This experience truly salvaged our confidence as AquaGuard customers. Zyan was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.

Very happy with the service and professionalism of my AquaGuard Team. Project Manager/Inspector Blake Whitner came over and assessed our crawl space the the water damage we had. He even caught things other inspectors missed and worked with us to take care of our needs as quickly as possible. Forman Chris Jarret was incredibly thorough the day of the work. Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.
