They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Kurt & Joseph did an excellent job on the installation of the drainage system, pump, dehumidifier and encapsulation. Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. Both gentlemen were very courteous, professional, and transparent during the entire process, and I would not hesitate to hire these two individuals for any other work I'd have done at my house.

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

Today AquaGuard technician Michael VanHorn did the annual maintenance on my encapsulation(done in 2020)and dehumidifier. Michael was on time, professional & very knowledgeable.. He answered all of my many questions and sat down with me to explain his findings. Michael was great and I hope he will be my assigned tech going forward. Each experience I’ve had with AquaGuard has exceeded my expectations. AquaGuard did a crawl space encapsulation this week for my 60 year old home and I already notice a big difference in my living space. The AquaGuard installation technicians Kevin & Eric spent two days installing it. Both Kevin & Eric were courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They stopped to answer my many questions and explain everything they were doing. I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done!

We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.
