From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I was very pleased to have the crew from Aquagard come to my home to solve a problem with my crawl space. They were very quick to figure it out. I worked with Andrew first and he was great. Very professional, smart and extremely conscientious. My crawl space was encapsulated by the best crew of Kurt, Joseph and Alex. All of them were so easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They explained everything I needed to know, and made it all very easy on me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aquagard again for any project.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.
