AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. I just had Aquafina’s out to review a foundation leak issue. My technician Adrian Haynes spent almost two hours to identify the problem. After doing so, he told me the best solution was a service that Aquaguard didn’t provide, but he gave me a couple alternatives. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Even though they aren’t providing the solution, I would highly recommend you consider their services, and ask for Adrian Haynes.

The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.
