I have been completely satisfied with AquaGuard. Chris and Shaun, the technicians that came out to work were polite, professional and proficient. As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. I also have to give a shout out to Melanie who works in the Marietta office and put up with me while trying to schedule this job. And the 5 year warranty!!!

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. From the very beginning, Nelson with Aquaguard was professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and provide a detailed scope of work so I knew exactly what to expect. When it came time for the repair, Raymond and Gavin were equally professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, and left my sinking sidewalk level, safe, and looking great. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience—from the initial consultation through the completed repair—and would gladly recommend Aquaguard to anyone needing foundation or concrete leveling services.
