AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. Since our beginning, we have strived for honesty, integrity, and quality in all of our services and products, as well as exceptional customer service.

My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. They’re good folks to do business with and you will be happy with the results.

Aaron, Chris and Jeremiah did an excellent job installing support piers at my house. They were polite, informative and cleaned the job site up before they left. The next day Shaun and Will did the poly renewal service on the driveway. They were polite and Shaun explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when they left. Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

Michael Dever let me know his ETA and did a thorough job with my crawlspace and with providing maintenance for my dehumidifier.Price was transparent and reasonable.Customer service was amazing.The work done gave me peace of mind.
