My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

I highly recommend Aqua Guard, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Greyson Williams, for his outstanding service. Aqua Guard is an excellent company because I never have to worry about scheduling my warranty maintenance—they contact me when it's time for service, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. My crawl space remains clean and dry, and during this visit they even changed the filter and cleaned the pump. Greyson was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected every square inch of my crawl space, including the very back, to make sure everything was in excellent condition. He took the time to answer every question I had and even checked on a few additional concerns that were important to me. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to making sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with Aqua Guard and the quality of service they provide. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and technicians who genuinely care, I highly recommend Aqua Guard—especially Greyson Williams!

He also found other structural issues below our Kitchen foundation that needed support and mechanical corrections and pump battery backups just in case of power failures! and a situation where an Aqua Grate would support a back-door step-over pathway. Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks
