Raymond worked solo today to lift our concrete and he did a wonderful job. We were very happy with the work, but more importantly, Raymond made sure we were happy! We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

Kurt, Samarie, Travis and Noah completed a job for us which entailed waterproofing a crawlspace. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. DEFINITELY a great team that works well together and works well with the customer. I highly recommend this company and this team for any water/foundation/exterior repairs you may have.

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.

Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.

For the 5 years I've lived her when it would rain heavy the basement would get damp and flood. I should have done this project a long time ago. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
