An inspection of each wall of the foundation led to the suggestion of a wall gutter/ sump pump system. I am informed and know how to proceed. Excellent service and educational information.

The next day Shaun and Will did the poly renewal service on the driveway. They were polite and Shaun explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when they left. I recently had AquaGuard address a moisture issue in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.

They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home…and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys. Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family. I can't say enough about these 3. The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! When it came time for the repair, Raymond and Gavin were equally professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, and left my sinking sidewalk level, safe, and looking great. Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. Adrian and AquaGuard absolutely impressed and they'll be first on the list to call the next time we need something.

He even caught things other inspectors missed and worked with us to take care of our needs as quickly as possible. Forman Chris Jarret was incredibly thorough the day of the work. He provided many updates and lots of pictures of the end result which we were very pleased with. My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!
