The entire team that came to prevent future water in my basement was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tanner Damali was lead on the project, he was very thoughtful and kept me updated on the progress. They arrived on schedule and worked late in order to complete the job in one day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

Aquaguard, specifically Matt (sales), PJ, and Alan (or Allen, not sure his spelling) from the installation team have been A+ FANTASTIC. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations. From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home…and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys. Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family. I can't say enough about these 3. If the rest of the company is like these 3, it is a top notch company. Thank you for all of your help.

My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

Great experience! Mike Morgan, Certified Field Inspector, was so knowledgeable. He knew how to remedy the wet area in our crawl space. The AquaGuard installers, Shaquan, Trey, and Trey could not have been nicer and were very professional. They worked tirelessly. The finished product is not only beautiful but works great. Our crawl space now has a drainage system, with a pump and dehumidifier. The crawl space is encapsulated. We highly recommend AquaGuard. Thank you Mike, Shaquan, Trey and Trey!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work.
