Raymond & Gavin came out today to stabilize my concrete porch. Raymond explained the process, showed us the drill bit size and answered all our questions. He and Gavin went straight to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. Raymond worked on filling the holes while Gavin meticulously sealed the crack. After clean up they gave us care instructions and asked if we had any additional questions. Very courteous and polite. Job well done.

My experience with AquaGuard was outstanding. On the first day, I was a bit concerned to find out that the mapping of our crawl space was inaccurate causing the job to require extra work. I need not have been. While the work took 5 days rather than 1 to complete, I can't say enough good things about the men who completed the work, and especially Sammy, who managed the project. After having 3 different crews here, I can state with confidence that their people are all professional and easy to work with. Joseph P., Josiah, Sammy, Jacob, Cole, Kornbread, and JW, thank you for all your hard work!

I had two different issues that Jordan and his teams were able to take care of for me. Carlos and Tim on a wall repair, and Tim and Colin on a slab lift, stabilization and crack fill. The work looks good and I am no longer concerned with either of these items being an issue in the future.

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

The experience with AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was outstanding from beginning to end! Bill came out and gave us an estimate and was extremely patient during the financing approval process! Bill notified me and kept me updated with the appointment date throughout the process. The Foreman Tim was highly professional and called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time and completed the job efficiently with his colleague Damion. We are very pleased with the result!

I used AquaGuard for my home concrete project. I had the best Technicians ever, Jeremy Wesley and Lynch Dunn. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.
