I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues. He made suggestions on what work might need to be done in the future without ever making me feel oversold. He was at my house for over an hour, could tell I was anxious and wanted to make sure I understood everything, and made sure that when he left, I felt comfortable with next steps on how to best address any of my foundation concerns.

Very happy with the service and professionalism of my AquaGuard Team. Project Manager/Inspector Blake Whitner came over and assessed our crawl space the the water damage we had. He even caught things other inspectors missed and worked with us to take care of our needs as quickly as possible. Forman Chris Jarret was incredibly thorough the day of the work. He provided many updates and lots of pictures of the end result which we were very pleased with. I can rest assured my family and new baby are in a much cleaner, healthier home because of Blake, Chris and AquaGuard Foundation Solutions. Many thanks!
