I had an excellent experience working with Joey Wright from Aqua Guard. He is a true professional—very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. When he came to do the inspection, he identified all the issues in my home, especially in the crawl space, that I wasn’t even fully aware of. Joey clearly has a lot of expertise and took the time to explain exactly what my home needs and why. I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

I had two different issues that Jordan and his teams were able to take care of for me. Carlos and Tim on a wall repair, and Tim and Colin on a slab lift, stabilization and crack fill. The work looks good and I am no longer concerned with either of these items being an issue in the future.

Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. I was relieved to discover there were no issues with my foundation, but he did discover an issue with my back porch slab that other companies I’d used didn’t find. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before giving any recommendations. I appreciated that he explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. What stood out most was their transparency—there was no pressure to commit on the spot, and he broke down the costs so I could understand exactly what I’d be paying for. He also pointed out a few things I hadn’t noticed, which helped me better understand the scope of the work.

After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. They filled all voids with polyrenewal, patch all drill holes, and cleaned up the job sight. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

Aquaguard, specifically Matt (sales), PJ, and Alan (or Allen, not sure his spelling) from the installation team have been A+ FANTASTIC. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations. From the initial inspection/evaluation and quote process, to the actual install. They have lifted my home…and lifted my spirits. It is good to know that there are good honest companies who employ trustworthy honest guys. Again these 3 have exceeded my expectations. From being consultative, to being friendly, to keeping me informed every step of the way. They showed they didn't just care about the job, they cared about my home, and more importantly they showed they cared about me and my family. I can't say enough about these 3. We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!
