We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!

My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

This state of affairs brought neither joy nor confidence, for our home is yet but a youth. Enter Sir Michael Dever of Aquaguard by Groundworks. Sir Michael was most thorough in his inspection and did plainly reveal the cause of our floor’s peculiar conduct. He set forth several remedies with the judgment of a structural sommelier, the quiet wisdom of a home alchemist, and the steady wit of one long accustomed to translating the strange complaints of houses. There was no pressure, no fear conjured. Only clear expectations, sound counsel, and a price both fair and reasonable. So assured were we by his manner that we did secure a five-year service plan, that he may return yearly to confirm our kitchen floor remains firm, faithful, and unenchanted. We have needed to waterproof our basement for about a year and had priced out several companies before choosing AquaGuard. The lifetime warranty and the quality of the work made the slightly higher (but still competitive) price worth it. We worked with Joey on our inspection and project plan, who was thorough and patient in answering all of our questions and walking through everything that would be done. Our foreman was Kevin, with his crew, Curtis and Corey, who were professional, arrived on time, and took great care when inside and outside of our house. They protected the belongings we couldn't remove from any concrete dust generated during the demo, and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. We appreciated the communication the day before the job started and the communications throughout. No question was a dumb question to the team, and we felt very confident in the job (but hope we don't have to put it to the test too soon). We are very happy we chose AquaGuard.

Wow! I can’t thank you guys enough for the awesome job Daniel morales and Brayan Lima did fixing my sidewalk. My Home is 25 years old and while it was not cracked, the sidewalk was sunk down nearly 2 inches. Allowing Water to run back under the concrete into my basement. Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days.
