Tanner Damali was lead on the project, he was very thoughtful and kept me updated on the progress. They arrived on schedule and worked late in order to complete the job in one day. My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. They’re good folks to do business with and you will be happy with the results.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.

My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. While I haven't yet had the work done, based on Ishmael's expertise and the clear communication, I have complete confidence in Aquaguard and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair or waterproofing services. Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

AquaGuard foreman Kornbred and his all-star crew – Oscar, Zeke, and Jarrod – did an amazing job waterproofing our crawlspace and garage as well as shoring up the foundation of the house. This was a big job, and they were more than up to the task. Kornbred has an eye for detail, and he is a great problem solver. He explained the whole process to me and kept me updated throughout. His crew as thorough, meticulous, and hardworking (working well into the night to finish the job on time without rushing). After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.
