AquaGuard Foundation Solutions was founded in 1995 by Tom DiGregorio as a basement waterproofing contractor but expanded the business after listening to customers and seeing the need for quality foundation repair and concrete leveling. We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

Aquaguard — specifically, our inspector Mark Lyons — did a great job diagnosing the cause of our sagging floor. He explained the issue, checked and double-checked the measurements, and gave us a fair price on adding a steel beam with supports to solve the problem. He didn't oversell us on unneeded work; instead, he worked to help us solve the issue we had. The folks at the office filed all the paperwork for the necessary permits and made scheduling installation easy and painless. The installation crew — Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan — were polite, professional, and excellent at their work. They arrived on schedule and Jermane made sure we were all on the same page about the scope and timeline for the work before they began. They finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and were communicative and polite throughout the process. Spending money on this type of repair is never anyone's first choice, but if you have basement work that needs to be done, Aquaguard was wonderful to me and my family and I would recommend you include them on your list of people to get quotes from.

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!
