On 6/8/26 NICK came out for our annual maintenance on our basement system. After finishing I mentioned our crawl space needed so attention. He went in and came up with a plan to encapsulate it. On 6/10/26, the AquaGuard crew JD and Cole arrived and did a great job with the encapsulation which included a dehumidifier and sump pump to keep the humidity around 50%. They went over and above with extra steps to prevent critters from entering the crawl space which had been an issue.

Samarie, Q, and Trae were very professional when handling the install of our gutter system. They communicated with us during the whole process, voiced concerns and asked questions when needed. They got into contact with the necessary people to make adjustments to our plan after assessing the issues. They even gave us a walk through of the system and how it works after completion. Highly recommend their crew.

Brian McMaster genuinely cared about doing the job right. He worked diligently to reinstall a loose stone, adjusted the walkway by both injecting poly and grinding edges to reduce any trip hazard. He filled in gaps between sections of the walk and steps. A true gentleman. Aquaguard is fortunate to have such a thorough and professional employee. Thank you Brian.

After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

I had two different issues that Jordan and his teams were able to take care of for me. Carlos and Tim on a wall repair, and Tim and Colin on a slab lift, stabilization and crack fill. The work looks good and I am no longer concerned with either of these items being an issue in the future.
