This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

Kurt, Samarte, and Chris D did an excellent job, very professional. They kept us informed of everything that they were doing. Answered all of our questions ( we had a bunch ), and never once got irritated with us. I would recommend AquaGuard for all of your basement, crawl spaces, or gutter ( which we'll be getting ) services. If I could give more than a 5 star I would.

Kurt, Samarie, Travis and Noah completed a job for us which entailed waterproofing a crawlspace. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. DEFINITELY a great team that works well together and works well with the customer. I highly recommend this company and this team for any water/foundation/exterior repairs you may have.

Raymond and George were awesome. We met and discusssed the project which was to fill a void under my driveway created by erosion. They have the experience to know where to fill and how much without lifting the drive. They listened and performed flawlessly. Justin, our engineer and sales rep took a few hours with me to completely outline and price our job in order to be sure to eliminate the possibility of any future issues. Great team. We had a big job to be done. Tim M, Davon, and Tim A did a great job on the anchors and piers. Audiel, Adrian, and Philip did a great job waterproofing, and Chris Risley and Colin Jansen did an excellent job on our polyfill. All three teams were professional, detail-oriented/thoughtful, and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left for the day.

Thought AquaGuard’s field inspector WILLIAM HUTCHINS was great, went way beyond typical effort to make sure I understood what was happening under my house, with the foundation. Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. Was polite and flexible to my budget and made several options available to get me on the way to a safer, more stabilized, healthy house. Recommend him. Cool guy.

Michael Dever let me know his ETA and did a thorough job with my crawlspace and with providing maintenance for my dehumidifier.Price was transparent and reasonable.Customer service was amazing.The work done gave me peace of mind. My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

4 years and 9 months after installation, our pump failed. Aquaguard's representative, Scott Cunningham, arrived on time, advised me that the warranty was in effect for 3 more months and replaced the unit at no cost. Just as the original installation team, Scott was very professional and efficient in his assessment, offer of options, and service. Excellent product and service.

Aaron, Chris and Jeremiah did an excellent job installing support piers at my house. They were polite, informative and cleaned the job site up before they left. The next day Shaun and Will did the poly renewal service on the driveway. They were polite and Shaun explained what he was doing. Cleaned up when they left. I give them a 5 star Google rating as well.
