I had three jobs done today; jobs 1 & 2 crawlspace encapsulation &, settlestop on LRoom floor done by Kevin, Curtis & Jamal. Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! Very pleasant, polite & easy to work with. Would rate them above 10!

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

I must say from inspection to completion, my experience with Aqua Guard has been superb! Darrius, who came out and inspected my house prior to foundation repair, was absolutely professional and engaging in every way. He made sure I knew at each step what was going on and allowed me to ask questions and on top of it all a very kind man. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, the three men who came out to do the actual foundation work and repair were absolutely phenomenal. Austin, Joe, and Nick were patient, kind, funny, and respectful. If I ever have to have anything done to my house again, I will be requesting the three of them to do the work as they were clearly enjoying their work and easy to talk to, despite our many interruptions that ranged from me, my dad, who wanted to supervise, and the dog who wanted to play. Darrius even came back and was available to make sure I was comfortable with all the moving parts and just to check in. I’m satisfied with the work and the customer service made it fabulous. For anyone who needs Aqua Guard services, you will not be disappointed!🥰
