Gave a thorough explanation of the completed work afterwards and answered all additional questions I had. Really appreciated the minimal demolition during the work and the clean up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them for your projects!

My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

Raymond & Gavin came out today to stabilize my concrete porch. Raymond explained the process, showed us the drill bit size and answered all our questions. He and Gavin went straight to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. Raymond worked on filling the holes while Gavin meticulously sealed the crack. After clean up they gave us care instructions and asked if we had any additional questions. Very courteous and polite. Job well done.

The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Thank you and would definitely do business again and recommend them!

Aqua Guard Field Inspector Manager Mr. Taylor Swift came out to our home on February 2,2026 for our annual Inspection in which , he did a great job! servicing our pumps , Electrical wiring , plumbing , and complete setup! He also found other structural issues below our Kitchen foundation that needed support and mechanical corrections and pump battery backups just in case of power failures! and a situation where an Aqua Grate would support a back-door step-over pathway.
