Got under the house and located all issues, everything that was wrong, and provided photos that helped me make sense of what was required to fix everything. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.
