Aquaguard Foundations Solutions did an encasement of my crawlspace. Everyone I interacted with from the company was extremely knowledgeable. Jermaine and Jamal did a great job in the installation process and they were extremely professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. I did not anticipate the benefit of How much warmer my house was during this cold weather. I’m very pleased with the results. I thought about getting this done for a number of years but held back. Getting it done was the right decision!

We had a great experience with Aqua Guard Foundation Solutions, especially with our service technician Zyan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and personable, and Zyan definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Aqua Guard and ask for Zyan if you can!

We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

Aqua Guard Field Inspector Manager Mr. Taylor Swift came out to our home on February 2,2026 for our annual Inspection in which , he did a great job! servicing our pumps , Electrical wiring , plumbing , and complete setup! He also found other structural issues below our Kitchen foundation that needed support and mechanical corrections and pump battery backups just in case of power failures! and a situation where an Aqua Grate would support a back-door step-over pathway. Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.

He contacted me on his way, arrived right on time, and completed the work efficiently. He is professional, as well as personable, and is an excellent representative for Aquaguard…so good that I requested he return next year when my service is due!
