The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.

Guys came and did an amazing job. From the very beginning, contacting to set an appointment all the way through to the finish line, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Clark talked me through the whole process before we started. Foreman Craig and Jeremy were so friendly, offered so much insight on the subject and plenty of reassurance about the work. They truly went above and beyond. They dusted off my car and the neighbors. Extremely clean, efficient and fast. I would recommend to everyone

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

I recently had Ishmael from Aquaguard come out to inspect my concrete, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. While I haven't yet had the work done, based on Ishmael's expertise and the clear communication, I have complete confidence in Aquaguard and would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete repair or waterproofing services.
