I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.
