Signs of a Sinking Home

Tom DiGregorio, Owner and Joe Rusk, Co-Owner recently made an appearance on Dale Cardwell’s TV show, TrustDale to discuss settlement problems with residential homes. Joe shared the signs and symptoms or a sinking home and discussed how homes in Georgia can be at risk because of our soil and extreme weather conditions. Among the symptoms are doors and windows that stick or don’t shut properly, sheetrock cracks inside your home, exterior cracks in brick or stucco and uneven floors.
